      executive level management are brain dead and have no idea how to satisfy the needs of the customer. Also, they find ways to reduce your pay each year.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
