Free services, overall good people, pay isn't bad, easy way to get started in the industry

Lack of culture. Leadership seems very disassociated from front line employees and the problems/struggles they have. Company tries to roll out changes/initiatives before we know that our systems and tools can even handle it, leading to a lot of frustration and negative feedback from the business units.
