      Pros

      Unfortunately there are not a lot of positive things to say about working for Spectrum. They have a bonus which Bright House did not. They will likely be hiring since morale is so low!

      Working for Spectrum is very demanding. They set unrealistic expectations and don't back down from their overly aggressive timelines. There is often a lingering mess that must be resolved long after a project was supposed to be finished since they didn't allocate sufficient time or resources. You are left cleaning up the old problem as you are creating the next one. Big projects scheduled during holidays, constant escalations, and constant pushing for faster delivery are what you get from Spectrum.

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Kontras

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
