The paid training period is nice to gain some insight and know how. You have several ways approach things to get need leads and sales. Compensation is decent and easy to gain if u are focused, self driven. The education and other support are actually useful from mental health to legal to student reimbursement. Use the place and get out.

Favoritism and unforessional call center. Management is “trying to change culture” but do not keep it consistent. Upward promotion is reserved for the favorites in exchange for favors, Not on merit. Please run from this job or ask on how to work from home asap.
