Poor Management - Principal Engineer bei Spectrum: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Too much politics + Favoritism + Director plays favoritism within team, made comments on employee’s race , yet HR didn’t take any action. VPs, Senior Directors are not efficient enough, run everywhere , poor planning and team management , spent 2-3 years on one project to find out its up to no good, then change the direction once again . Makes the whole environment a living joke
