Working briefly at SpectronRx, I can say the following based on my experience as an intern:
The projects assigned to interns are not challenging and do not help build experience for a future career. I was given mostly mundane tasks that were not part of the job description.
If you make even one mistake, despite being provided with the necessary materials and following them, you may be treated harshly.
HR was untrusting, judgmental, and not understanding about absences caused by unforeseen circumstances. I did not feel I was given sufficient time to explain my situation, and I felt emotionally pressured.
Nepotism present throughout managment
My supervisor came across as judgmental, and the work I was assigned did not feel meaningful or impactful.
