Working briefly at Spectronrx, I can say the following based on my experience as an intern: The projects assigned to interns are not challenging and do not help build experience for a future career. I was given mostly mundane tasks that were not part of the job description. If you make even one mistake, despite being provided with the necessary materials and following them, you may be treated harshly. HR was untrusting, judgmental, and not understanding about my inexperience to new programs and tasks that i was not trained for. My supervisor came across as judgmental, and the work I was assigned did not feel meaningful or impactful. While working on a project in this company, when getting marking down names for employees on a program, I noticed a lot of the same last names. Nepotism is present in this company, and needs to be addressed and investigated. (from my supervisor, CEOO's son, etc.)
