The culture here is excellent! The CEO even has open calls with the entire company to take feedback and questions. I feel valued and respected which I can't say for many companies I've worked for in the past. The autonomy I'm allowed in this role is priceless. No one is micro managed here. I have a tremendous amount of freedom and flexibility and the work-life balance is amazing. I feel that the leadership genuinely cares about their teams and treats them as people instead of just employees.

While I feel the pay is adequate, there's always room for improvement, especially as everything has gotten so expensive. That being said, the pros above makeup for it and then some. Frequent travel isn't for everyone. I happen to enjoy it and it works for me but I could see this being a con for some. Sometimes communication between internal departments can be clunky and slow. This is an attribute of most growing companies and I suspect it will improve organically.

The worst “leadership” team I’ve ever encountered. I poured my heart and soul into this company. Unfortunately, what I got in return was extreme physical and mental exhaustion. There's no stability here and there is no room for any kind of mistakes. If you are not useful, you are gone in a day, no warnings, NOTHING! But long before the layoffs, some of the company’s talents were already walking out the door. Just stay the hell away. They will not make it.
