Management is very green, rude, and encourages an environment where only their voices are heard. The company runs clinical trials, but management doesn't seem to know anything about clinical research or what it entails. Poor communication across teams, CEO has been caught talking negatively, lying, and gossiping about employees, and nobody seems to trust anybody. Funds are dwindling.
