Not a good place to work - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Spectra Medical Devices: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Family owned company with individualized concern for all employees. Excellent salaries, great benefits, continued to run full time during pandemic maintaining jobs for all employees as well as following Covid guidelines. ALL employees received 2 weeks off WITH PAY at the end of the year in addition to their regular holiday and vacation time!! Exec. VP and HR person and owner could not be more respectful and understanding towards each individual employee creating a warm and welcoming place to work. Unfortunately, a few negative reviews about bonuses do not understand how a company works financially. At this point in time, we are all very lucky to have jobs !

I have no negative comments except I am very saddened by some employees stating an unwarranted attack on the VP and HR/ co-owner writing falsehoods about her. If they are that unhappy with receiving a good pay check and having a stable job then maybe they should look elsewhere rather than putting down FALSE negative comments!

HR got caught sleeping in wellness room and they aren’t even there everyday. Managers in 2 departments have severe mental issues. One has drinking problem and other is having inappropriate behavior with male colleagues.
