9yThank you for your candid assessment of Spectra. While we do not like to hear of dissatisfied associates, we also know we are in the midst of a cultural shift and it takes time. It has sometimes been described as ‘changing a tire on the bus while it’s driving down the highway.’ We have had false starts, yet we are committed to the long term success of Spectra. It can be a painful process and it isn’t always smooth. Progress happens when groups become teams, and teammates have tough conversations with peers and leaders to hold each other accountable to rising expectations. Not everyone has the courage and willingness to do that, yet we are working on making Spectra a great place to work and grow. Best wishes to you.
