Pros
All of the interns and employees at Spartan Innovations work together to create the best possible results for all clients. The teamwork I experienced here allowed me to learn so much about other aspects of the process of starting a business and what other members of the team do to contribute to the end product. Work was flexible and worked well around my class schedule. The office counted on everyone to be self disciplined and get their work done, meeting deadlines, and using the resources available to them to produce quality work.

A little TOO flexible at times. There is little structure, so if you are someone who likes to be told exactly what to do and when to do it, this isn't the best place for you.
