      Nothing at all...no..not at all

      -They will bound you.. take advantage of your exigency(Give less salary and bound to bond). - Always favoritism.. you have to flatter your Manager(Team Lead) so that he can be pleased. - No good things for hard worker you will not be praised for your work until and unless you flatter your manager. - You will not get a work of your profile that's why they make a bond and bound you for long stay till then your work profile get worsen and you will forget your past knowledge and experience even if you ask for the profile job you want it will be promised to wait 2 or 3 months to get the job profile type work but these promises are fake. - And the worst thing is they do this intentionally.

      Dear Ex employee , Please be noted that we had been in industry from more than 12 years now , but being as leading company in this industry we assure good benefits in the interest of our employee's . Moreover favouritism has never been the motto of our organization such behaviour are strictly monitored, we only work on the performance basis module which directly influence on the growth of our employees with us , employees working with us are well verse to understand employment contractual obligation , All the best wishes for the future Thanks & Regards HR Dept.

      Just a Normal Lala Mindset, keeps on firing people who have guts to debate them about what's wrong. I request all the fresher and the new job lookers NOT TO JOIN this company. I am writing this because I've been tortured mentally and hurled abuses! I don't why there is even have a 4-5 rating, sparrow has alot of problems- leadership issue, manager issue, no training will be provided and the strict timings of the company, they make sure to deduct every penny of your salary on the name of productivity hours (desktime app), morning short leave and what not. Company culture is so toxic you want to leave it in one day but you can't because they also force you to sign a service agreement in which it is mentioned that you can't leave the company before 1 year if you do you have to pay them your 2 months salary. They are struggling financially that employee get there salary late every month now.
