1. Managers are egoistic and don't care about the employees 2. No matter how much hard work you do, the rewards and recognition will only go to the chosen ones 3. Fake promises, whatever they say will never be given to you unless there is a heavy dependency. 4. Belgian management is either not aware of what happens in India, or they simply don't care. 5. Proper employee encouragement is a huge gap here, as I mentioned above Company need to evaluate and understand who are their key resources and should focus on them. Simply giving the opportunities to the favorites will not take the organization anywhere.
