The best team I can imagine - real professionals who love to work on hard problems, share their knowledge and are willingfull to help each other at any time. All the employees are not only smart, but they are also very open-minded and it is often great fun to work with them. In my opinion this is the most important aspect and a key for achieving long-term company targets.

Working with enthusiastic people is a great pleasure, but it can be hard to slow down sometimes. One should be always aware of this in order not to neglect its personal life.
