Whether you are a new starter or the CEO, SovTech has a policy of inclusion where 'everyone get coffee'. They are constantly on the lookout for top talent and the company is growing at an incredible rate. - Growth: SovTech is a soon to be large sized organization with a start up mentality. They give their employees the responsibility to take initiative. They are quick to move if a good idea is bought forward and do not like the idea of micro management. Overall, it's a fantastic organization that is on an incredible path of success and growth. I can highly recommend joining the SovTech to anyone.
