Doesn't honor their side of the bargain for casual contracts, rosters you on additional shifts without first consulting you or having your consent. Not allowed to decline, cancel, or swap shifts if unable to attend for any reason even with several days notice. Management demand you work double/back to back shifts or stay back late with no regard for those who rely on public transport as a way to get to and from work. Expected to be at work ten minutes before the start of your shift without pay or get a lecture. Working xmas day/boxing day/over easter and other public holidays non-negotiable. Some guards are pulling 15x12-15hr days without a break. Company App difficult to activate and full of flaws that you are blamed for and intense distrust between guards, clients, members of the public and other security firms who will inform about anything trivial as management care more about clients than staff.
