I joined Sourceful as a Product Manager, but took on some responsibilities as a Software Engineer due to my CS background and started building the tech stack from scratch with the support of the rest of the team. As the department and company grew, I challenged myself to become an Engineering Manager and the exec team and the other engineers were happy to support me on my journey.
