Pros
The company has been around and stable for many years. Many of the employees outside of the Support department have been here 5+years. VP of Client Services is very smart and has a "hands on" approach with employees. Casual work environment. If you work in Client Services there are a lot of employee activities. Pay is average, Vacation, Personal and Sick days are above average.
Kontras
There are NO growth opportunities. The majority of my co-workers are in the exact same position they started in 5+ years ago. The billing software is outdated and very few people know exactly how it works. Benefits package has changed. Company no longer offers BCBS insurance. Tier 1 Application Support staff has constant turnover due to poor management. The company is very middle management "Director" heavy.
