      Good vision. I could see and feel their passion for the platform and the SMEs they want to help. The people are dedicated.

      Kontras

      Tech challenges are always an issue and we all need to keep up. Unfortunately I was only in for a short while to relieve some workload. Would have loved to work here for abit more.

      Pros

      - Hearing and speaking a little Mandarin every day - Freedom to structure reports the way I thought made the most sense - Networked with young entrepreneurs and small business owners in Singapore - The research required to complete reports gave me a crash course in fintech, cross-border payments and B2B marketplaces that seem to be a growing market in SE Asia - CEO was flexible with internship projects and time off - Exposure to completely different work cultures other than my own

      - Not really a con but if you are unfamiliar with Singapore's bustling work culture, you must complete your due diligence before interning with this company.

      Nice compensation and support from the management. The leaders vision is great and understand the technology.

      Single decision maker. No chance to argue or chance to have second opinion.
