Heavy micromanagement, upper management seems unaware of their own responsibilities, feedback is not appreciated or acted upon, underwhelming salary, horrible location. Too many double standards, higher ups with a god complex and zero regard for employees well-being. Too many people overworked to do the jobs of people that are not qualified to be there, and get paid the same. Promises of career opportunities and development that are never met. No work-life balance.
