The company supports the employee's professional growth through training. Caregivers are the lynchpin of this business and having the sense that the company recognizes this and is willing to make an investment in me contributes to my job satisfaction. Two key positions on the care supervision team have recently been vacated. I used to feel like I had support from the office.
