Beautiful location, but poor pay and bad culture - Prep Cook/Dishwasher bei Sorrel River Ranch Resort: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The resort itself is stunning. It’s one of the most unique places you’ll ever visit. Unfortunately due to some of the previous general managers, it didn’t get its due. But it’s a product that is easy to sell given how insanely beautiful this place is.

There’s been a lot of turnover on site staff which has led service to struggle. But I’m hopeful that with the new leadership in place that will change.

Great area geographically to live and work

Horribly understaffed with equally bad management. Turn over was terrible with people walking out and being fired constantly. Just a toxic place to work let alone live.
