Pros
Great pay, benefits and compensation. Some benefits that can't be mentioned here are select only to Sony. At times you can find yourself making lots of extra pay with overtime and other pay incentives. Retirement options are another nice touch.
Kontras
You are asked to do way to much then one person can possibly do at times. Certain managers do not care about employees personal time. HR does not seem to be knowledgeable on even the most basic of questions, and always sides with higher management (on they are found to be wrong at times). The family feel of the company is now gone.
