Favoritism, really heavy management layers, some of them 20,30,40 year vets! almost impossible to get a new idea heard unless you play ball and cozy up to leads/managers. yearly head cutting of most the lower level staff to get the numbers. most of the managers remained. Lack of product vision and arrogance baed on what Sony "used to be".
