Management is open to communication and there is room for growth within departments. Although CEO has a busy schedule, he always finds time to work with the team in all ways. The work never stops but everyone working here is passionate and truly believes in the product and that's what makes working here better and better each day. As the company/team is still growing, many times employees are wearing different hats for differing departments to fill in the gaps between workload.
