facilities up to mark, food, accommodation, transportation, employee welfare, is good but internal politix n favoritism hamper good sincere employees moral. salary not in time but local allowance

job is uncertain for non-gujju employees, salary uncertain, and most important final settlement is uncertain some times not getting is fully and in time after leaving congo need to keep strong folloup for final settelement else forget. no one bother to pay you your dues after leaveing congo. you have escalate such things to chairman then only you will get dues fast else forget.
