Senior management rule by bullying, I witnessed females reduced to tears in front of others.
Male vs female working standards are massively uneven.
Company feels like a "boys club". Whole senior team are male other than one token gesture female director promoted recently to keep up with times. Lads holidays, day drips.
Bullying is the management style of choice here.
Will support some staff members until blue in the face - others don't seem to count as worth anything
The way management converse behind the scenes about entry level staff is destructive and unhealthy
