Carla and her team are amazing to work for Very caring about the contract workers even though we worked at different locations Great pay Good benefits Family type atmosphere Considering the nature of their work, filling contract roles at other companies/agencies, they are amazingly responsive to requests/questions/needs. They hold many corporate events to meet the others working for them and did a good job building a collaborative culture even though most of us did not see each other on a daily basis. Benefits package is created to rival the contracts so you don't feel like you are losing out not being a FTE at the contracting agency.
