Solido believes in lean engineering -pretending to do work becomes apparent rather quickly. You wont stick around too long if you think you can slack off and pretend to work. - Competitive pay: Solido offers very competitive pay, purely based on experience, performance and skills.

If you slack off and don't do much work, you wont last too long.

I really enjoy working at Solido. There are a lot of interesting and talented people here, so there are lots of learning opportunities. Everyone is very nice, and people get along well. The company has been growing a lot in the past few years, which is nice because it keeps things dynamic.

Not really any cons. The work is quite demanding, and I've found there's no simple recipe for the work here, so I've needed to chart my own course quite a bit; but I actually don't mind that.
