Your hard will never be recognized, anything personal you share will be used against you at a later date, and you will have a promotion/job opportunity dangled over you like a carrot for years to no avail. The CEO will hold last-minute meetings solely to shame and belittle the employees. She sees it as 'inspirational speeches' rather than a product of her self-gratuitous narcissism. Do not waste your time or energy working for this company.
