Indian Leadership has no power to take any decision. For every think every one is dependent on US Team. No update on hike/merit and when asked HR says they have no update. Waiting infinitely for the update from last 2 months as we were supposed to get hike in the month of April. Changed behaviour of leadership and HRs after acquisition of dealersocket to solera.
