Pros

Established business providing insurance services that typically are recession proof. Benefits are standard nothing impressive. Training and Personal growth opportunities are there however room for advancement is not. Good pay for upper management positions and senior IT positions.

Kontras

Company values are ridiculous. The belief that the company can produce 30 percent more with 30 percent less resources (including salaries). It is a mathematical impossibility. All this leads to is overworked underpaid people that receive lateral promotions that only increase hours worked on projects (I guess they see this as a raise). Outsourcing jobs to lower paid countries is also a common practice in this company. They would rather hire foreign college students to perform professional level work and pay them 1/6 of what an American would make. In the long term this may benefit shareholders but it is immoral and creates a sense of insecurity in the workplace.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Kontras

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
