Pros

- Lunch or breakfast is provided every day. - Latest equipment, office supplies, etc. - IT Support was always very timely and knowledgeable. — I cannot say the same for HR. It’s days before you get any response to any questions. All HR comes from a rented service. And they made it very clear that they are only there to protect the company and NOT for the employees.

Kontras

- The work environment is modern but extremely noisy and very crammed. - They do not have office phones. You MUST use your own phone if you expect to work on your first day, and with NO instruction on how to get reimbursed or warning. - Absolutely no ramp up time is allowed for new employees and they expect you to know every single product, front-to-back, on your first day WITHOUT any resources or materials to learn them! - There are never any documents except an SOW. ALL work, including development, infrastructure, testing, etc. is based on the SOW. Not an RFP, technical or functional specification document, infrastructure network, data flow doc, etc. - No information on their systems - how they work, limitations, security, infrastructure, etc. NOTHING is documented! - All development is done on-the-fly. There is no versioning, staging of code or releases for ANY products.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Kontras

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
