Good company with a good pay structure (initial) and benefits. Tries to build work/life balance for employees and improves internal communications, but not entirely successful.
Kontras
Tiring processes and reporting system. Complicated internal work structures. No successor planning, so once someone leaves, the vacancies can be there for 6mths or more, causing issues for the remaining people. Little growth opportunity, esp for non-US or EMEA employees.
