Pay is good. Company is growing rapidly. Opportunity to learn a truly innovative business model firsthand.

Kontras

There is a small clique of execs and middle managers that create a massive bureaucracy. Finger-pointing is the norm - very little teamwork. Employees are treated as disposable resources. Managers are challenged with unattainable goals, and then are not empowered with authority or budget to effect activities that could help get closer to goals.

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
