-remote work -Industry-acceptable pay -decent benefits package -company acknowledges federal holidays and offers cultural learning events for global employees -I appreciated that I was very autonomous in my role and created a day-to-day schedule that worked best for me

-terrible CRM functionality (OneWorkPlace) during my time of employment -difficult work-life balance (oftentimes emailed and messaged outside working hours and was expected to reply during off time) (my mental health dramatically improved when Teams was not longer constantly ringing on my phone - even through the weekend) -very high expectations and pressure without clear directive which led to effects on my health -massive team layoffs
