Not sure where to start but would say management need to work on themselves as instead of giving fair chance to every employee to grow in their career path but the employees who acts like puppet without having any leadership qualities been offered position of a leader. Great saying is when you start promoting the wrong people you start losing your best people but here mgmt don’t bother on this at all
