Great that you see and feel our ambition to drive the company forward - I disagree that we are top down - our employees make the company and so their voice is critical to our culture and success. I'm sorry you didn't see or feel that specifically through any of the formal or informal channels we have (engagement and pulse discussions / leader lunches etc) - however, I wish you every success in your continued career and thank you for the time you spent with us.
