There are of course may contributing factors to why someone stays or leaves but in terms of the group, we are focused on high performance and we set a high standard - and overall across the org we have a very strong tenure. However I will make sure we look at the approach to hiring and ensure we continue to be robust in our assessment - landing the right people who are aligned to our values, stay and deliver positive impact.
