Hi - really appreciate you taking the time to write and give feedback. You're right we are endeavoring to put more structure into the company as we grow BUT we don't want to undermine the great entrepreneurial and empowered culture we have and that the current success is built on. I'm afraid I disagree with your comment on pace of product / solutions development - given the rate of new practice development - SAP, Security, SLM. I would say that as we have developed our own products like PyraCloud we have been careful with what we have taken to market (we have also made mistakes). But this caution is based on continuing to make improvements on feedback from our own employees as well as customers.
