Flexible timings of only 8 hours (first in last out), thanks to new mgmt, good work life balance, nice work environment, enjoy like anything if you don't have any work (most don't have), good compensation for laterals, best it work place for locals, extra curricular and sports activities r organized like in colleges, good collegues, U can learn so many things if interested and lucky to get a good project. Nice greenery in campus which u ll not find in big tech parks.

Definitely should expand to new domains apart from retail or increase client base to increase revenue, hire good technical managers instead of old mainframe ones, think beyond Macy's to grow in future, instead of organizing non technical seminars, introduce some technical stuffs to increase employee's skills set, make training department a standard one. And, finally work like a level 5 org in real not only in paper.
