Investment banking/M&A can be stresseful, but this is also part of the excitement.

Great exposure to deal work and the marketing efforts that go into landing these deals. Small, family feel office, so deals can be a bit on the smaller size. Higher level guys are very helpful.

As this is a smaller firm, the internship probably isn't going to result in full-time offer. They have enough people to work the deals already.
