QA specialists are encouraged to practice photography . There are various forums to encourage trekking , marathon etc . You can join a club of your choice and keep yourself entertained. It doesnt matter if you dont work because appraisals will be more or less same for everyone . Work from home is allowed and it can be taken for months . It is fine if you spend just few hours in office , No tracking of hours. Fun filled environment , you get to dance in office parties . Great place for people interested in organizing events. There are lots of games in the cafeteria to keep yourself active. There is not much work most of the times , just maintenance projects.
