One obvious thing of working at big companies is how powerful they are. If your project is important to the business in some way, funding will be guaranteed. If your project doesn't work out, in the software field you will most definitely be reallocated and there will be no risk of losing your job. Especially in an area where there's deficit of good talent, rarely a company can afford to lose employees. That is just really amazing.

Not only funding, but given the big army of employees and global reach of these companies, it is amazing how much impact your work can have. You may not really have a lot of input to guide some decisions, but there's no question that depending on what you do, there will be a big reach.

Not even a single good thing

On the name of job these people are asking money, these people has taken money and not paid a single rupee from the time I joined even till today. And they don't have any project, don't have any trainer. We have to go to offc and do whatever we want as they have no trainer and no project. For show off purpose only they are doing all this so that new people will come and see and trust them and these people will take money from them also.
