SoftTech offers a 3 week PTO w/sick included but it is also a use it or lose it when you reach above 40 hours. Carry over is only 40 hours per year. SoftTech also matches your 401k contributions up to a %. HR is also very responsive and will assist you or give you the appropriate tools for what you are asking for. Because this is a contracting company, you could lose your job at any point but as with most companies should they decide to but Management does their best to inform you as early as possible. Benefits such as insurance could be better, at a glance it would take a sizable amount of your pay to add family members to your plan.
