I really can't think of anything positive about this experience. Anything that seems like it's a pro is overshadowed by the instability of the company.

After signing all the paperwork for being hired, they cancelled employment with a candidate days before they even began their first day of work, leaving them unemployed and with no compensation for the thousands of dollars they spent rearranging their life for the company. From the company's excuse, it seemed to happen because they hired the employee before they even had the proper budget in place from their client; a very unethical move. Positions seem volatile and unreliable. Representatives appeared to take no responsibility for how their actions and irresponsibility harm others.
