Being a “white” is a must have “skill” especially in the front line teams. They pay extreme lip service to the idea of “ diversity”. Worse part is leadership at all levels knows about this and they even secretly encourage it. HR is hand in glove with them and in fact give them the “ best practices “ to discriminate.
