I can only speak for the tech team I have worked with, and other tech teams we've collaborated with. This is not to dismiss any other branches of the companies and their reviews, but I've had a very positive experience. Good work-life balance, friendly coworkers, fair compensation, supportive/professional management, and 100% remote with a well-maintained remote culture. Some more tech-specific pros: * Innovative tech stack * Standardized coding practices * Fair timelines. No one is rushed or pressured to complete anything in an unrealistic amount of time. * Amazing opportunity for growth. Performance reviews are fairly conducted with clear standards on how to succeed. * Feedback is taken seriously.
