Pros

Note that I can only speak for the tech side of things. - Open, fun, intentionally-built culture - Great treatment of tech employees - Encourage growth and autonomy - Lots of and trust given to employees to self-manage - Openness and communication. I never felt like I was kept in the dark. I always felt I could ask hard questions. - Flexible hours - Really smart, kind people who are good at what they do

- Tech felt like it was given so much leeway compared to the rest of the employees. This is partially because the CTO is so passionate about culture, but the special treatment sometimes felt kind of gross. - Culture was a bit alcohol-driven, which sucks if you're not into that - Growing pains - it's growing fast and some good employees got overlooked in the frequent reorgs - My team often felt under-resourced and were always hustling. It seems like the more we were willing to overextend ourselves, the more they expected us to overextend.

Pros

Permanent remote setup with a functional unlimited PTO policy. The company is scaling well and consistently hitting financial targets with new and larger contracts. Company encourages innovation and creative thinking to solve for the ever-increasing scale and technical challenges. People are genuinely happy here, and it is reflected in the tenure.

Kontras

Compensation is average and stays pretty flat. There are no performance-based bonuses, equity, or other financial incentives. While the base pay is consistent, the lack of an "upside" or variable pay makes it less competitive for high performers compared to other companies in the industry.
